Cancellation Policy

An email confirmation will be sent to you upon successful payment, including details of your reservation. 2. Non-Refundable Policy: All bookings made are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies to cancellations made by the customer or for any unforeseen circumstances. 3. Modification of Booking: Date modifications are allowed, subject to availability. A modification fee may apply, and any additional costs must be covered by the customer. Requests for modifications should be made well in advance. 4. No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your booking without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable, and the reservation will be forfeited. 5. Exceptions: In the rare case of unavoidable circumstances, we may consider exceptions to this policy at our discretion. Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing, and approval is not guaranteed. 6. Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the customer to review and understand the booking policy before making a reservation.
